Shipping, Delivery and Payments

Modes of Payment

We accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks, UPI, mobile wallets and CRED.

For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, etc.).

  • What is the cost of shipping?
    • INDIA:
      • We offer FREE domestic shipping all over India.
      • If the order is returned by the customer, then the customer has to bear the cost of shipping the product again.
    • REST OF WORLD:
      • For all international orders from outside India, shipping charges are charged on basis of weight (different for each country).
      • Shipping charges are automatically calculated at the checkout.
  • How long will it take for the order to reach me?
    • It usually takes 4–5 working days to dispatch an order.
    • Shipping time for Domestic orders is 5–9 days whereas for International orders is 15–20 days.
    • In case it is urgent to you, kindly contact us. We will process your order on priority.
    • If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments.
    • The estimated delivery times are indicative and there may be unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
  • What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
  • My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
    • For orders within India, once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
    • For international orders, we send an email indicating the order has been dispatched with relevant tracking details.
    • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after dispatch.
    • If we are unable to fulfill the order in 20 days due to any reason, we will contact you.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

  • Customs and duties for international customers will be borne by the customer. These charges cannot be estimated before or after placing an order and are beyond our control.

CANCELLATION BY Shopthetaa

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
  • Orders may be cancelled due to quantity limitations, pricing errors, or fraud prevention issues.
  • Additional verification may be required before accepting an order.
  • If the order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be reversed to the card account.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Shopthetaa.

CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Cancellation requests can be made via call / WhatsApp or email.
  • In certain cases, refunds may be processed as store credit only.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute Shopthetaa’s cancellation decision.

COURIER

  • Delivery takes 3–12 business days excluding payment verification.
  • All deliveries are traceable and 100% insured.
  • Customer or addressee must sign for the package upon delivery.
  • If unavailable, re-delivery will be attempted up to two times.
  • Once shipped, courier and tracking details will be shared with the customer.

Returns & size exchange

RETURNS:

  1. We take returns only in the following cases:
    • Item is Defective (Please attach relevant pictures in reply)
    • Wrong Size Delivered (Other than the one that has been requested)

  2. Please make all valid return requests within 7 working days of receiving the product by dropping us an email on support@shopthetaa.com.

  3. The item should be in its original, unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

  4. Valid returns will be issued in the form of store credits only.

  5. We do not have a return pickup facility; hence the packet has to be sent back by the customer to our address.

  6. Courier refund of a maximum of Rs. 150/- will be given to the customer in case of exchange, subject to the courier receipt.

  7. Minor damages like tassels being pulled off, etc., that might happen during transit are not covered under the return/exchange policy.

  8. There might be a minor (10%–12%) colour difference between the actual product and the pictures shown due to screen resolution issues. Please do not ask for exchange on this ground.

  9. Products on Sale/Discounts or purchased using any kind of Coupon Codes will not be eligible for Size Exchange & Returns.

  10. International orders will not be eligible for Size Exchange & Returns.

SIZE EXCHANGE:

We hope you get correct fits & love our products always, and never need to come to this page.

We also provide a margin of 2–3 inches in every outfit.

But in an extremely rare case that you do, here is our Size Exchange policy:

  1. In case another size is required than the one ordered for the same product:
    • Please send back the dress to us at the below mentioned address. We do not have a reverse pickup facility.
  2. Do insert a slip inside the packet mentioning your contact details and the required size.
  3. A new dress will be delivered in 2–4 working days after we receive the returned dress and it passes the quality check.
  4. The dress returned would be exchanged with the same dress of a different size (subject to availability in stock).
  5. Second-time courier charges of Rs. 90/- per half kg will be charged for sending back the dress.
