Returns Policy

  1. We take returns only in following cases:
    • Item is Defective (Please attach relevant pictures in reply)
    • Wrong Size Delivered (Other than the one that has been requested).
  2. Please make all valid return requests within 7 working days of receiving the product by dropping us an email on support@shopthetaa.com
  3. The item should be in its original, unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  4. Valid returns will be issued in the form of store credits only. The store credit will be issued within 2–3 working days upon receival of original product.
  5. We do not have a return pickup facility hence the packet has to be sent back by the Customer to our address.
  6. Courier refund of maximum Rs.150/- would be given to the customer in case of exchange subject to the courier receipt.
  7. Minor damages like tassels being pulled off etc. might happen during transit are not covered under return/exchange policy.
  8. There might be a minor (10%–12%) colour difference between the actual product and the pictures shown due to screen resolution issues. Please do not ask for exchange on this ground.
  9. Products on Sale/Discounts or purchased using any sorts of Coupon Codes will not be eligible for Size Exchange & Returns.
  10. International Orders will not be eligible for Size Exchange & Returns.
  11. There will be NO return / refund policy for any other purpose except the ones mentioned above.
